TRUMP IS COMING FOR A PIECE OF THE ACTION He's not the first and he definitely won't be the last, he being Donald Trump and the subject at hand is real estate investing in Panama. Donald Trump has announced that he's created a partnership with a Panamanian development company (K Group) and a Columbian construction company (Arias Serna Saravia) to build a 65 story high-rise. The property will house 312 hotel suites, 500 luxury condominiums, a casino and a marina.
This is big news to many people, but for those of us who've been
watching the market here, it's no surprise. That development will join
the likes of the Aqualina Tower (61),the Faros del Panamá Torre Central
(85 stories),Q Tower (82 stories), Ocean Two (73), Palacio del la Bahia
(97 stories) and the Ice Tower which could possibly be the tallest
building in Latin America once it's completed, coming in at 104 floors.
